SpellBrewer is an independent Magic: The Gathering fan website. Its public pages let you explore cards and sets and read articles without creating an account.
Your choices
Google Analytics is optional. We do not load its tag or send Analytics requests before you accept. Declining does not limit browsing or card search. Use Privacy choices in the footer to accept, decline or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing turns Analytics off for future visits and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site; it does not delete data already received by Google.
Cookies and preferences
The sb_analytics cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. This preference supports your requested setting and does not require Analytics. If you accept Analytics, Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_063CEJQ0B7 to distinguish visits and sessions. You can also clear site cookies in your browser; clearing the choice cookie asks you again.
Optional Google Analytics
After acceptance, Google Analytics measures information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referrals, and interactions enabled in our Analytics settings. Google processes network information when requests reach it. We use these reports to understand traffic and improve the website. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration.

Hosting and card information
Vercel hosts SpellBrewer and processes requests, including network addresses, requested URLs, technical details and operational logs, to deliver and protect the site. Card searches and images use Scryfall. When your browser contacts Scryfall, that service receives your network address and the requested search or image information. These requests are needed for card features and are separate from Analytics.
See Vercel’s privacy policy and Scryfall’s privacy information. Service providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and safeguards.
Monitoring
UptimeRobot checks whether our public website is reachable and alerts the site owner about downtime. It does not require a tracking tag in your browser. Detailed Sentry error reporting is not currently active on the public site.
